Creation of New buttons on Web Ui

Hi Experts,

I have to add a new button on web UI SAP CRM 7.0

I tried adding the button but it's not displaying on UI.

And,also i have to validate based on some conditions like I have to display button on UI when

Business Role , Transaction Type , Category ,Current User and Current Status have some specific values.

Please give some sample code or provide some hint so that i can take it forward.
