We have a scenario where Accounts and Contacts as also Opportunities should be exchanged bi-directional over different SAP (ERP, C4C) systems and non-SAP systems.
As C4C should be the central or let's say leading system for our intention we thought about HCI. But we learned that C4C integration standard (via HCI) allows to send just one object to one receiver.
Also came across SAP Customer Engagement: Integrating one SAP Cloud for Customer system to multiple ECC systems . But as there are also non-SAP systems involved we guess this does not exactly fit our requirements.
Are there any recommendations how to achieve C4C integration with multipe backend systems SAP and non-SAP ?
Thanks in advance !
Regards, Michael
Hi Michael,
You can use HCI in your scenario. It can send a message to multiple receivers even if they are non-SAP (i.e. SFTP, Web Service, etc.) and vice versa.
