DB2 instance\database status gray

Hi,

Under system monitoring tab we are getting gray alert for DB2 instance status and DB2 Database status.

I have checked all the extractors they are running fine.

However in DBACOCKPIT i find inactive status for connection.

Below is the sceenshot. I have tested the connection and its working fine.

Please advice how to proceed.
