EWA Not generating in SMP?

Hello Friends,

We have SAP SOLUTION MANAGER 7.0 which has End of Mainstream Maintenance from 12/31/2013. The EWA reports were not generating in SMP(Service market place) from last two weeks for our environment. Still we dint upgrade to SAP SOLUTION MANAGER 7.1, We are planing to do this upgrade on next week. Why EWA is not generating in SMP ? Due to this end of maintenance? Please help us Friends.
