SAP travel - Trip Break functionality for Austria

Former Member

Hi all,

Since Business Function FIN_TRAVEL_3, there is the option to include Trip Breaks in an expense report in SAP Travel Management. This works for our German implementation. I want to use this for Austria as well, but the option to activate Trip Breaks is missing in the IMG option Schema and single field control of Travel Management for the Austrian Trip Schema.

Is this functionality available for other countries then Germany and, if yes, how can it be made available?

Thanks, Marco

Dear all

Is there any news about this topic.
We have the same problem: In Austria they want sales guys creating a monthly expense report but there is no trip break available to stop the perDiem during night.

Claudia

for the time being, this functionality is only available for Molga 01. germany The main issue is to legally correct handling of settling a trip with breaks. For the time being, there are no plans to develop this for other Molgas.

Thanks Siddharth, very clear answer.

Do you have any other ideas/suggestions how to offer sales people who get daily allowances the option to create an expense report for a whole month, without having to create an expense report for every single day?

I also consider the Express Timesheet, but that will lead to a lot of approvals for the managers (since seperate expense reports are created in the back end).

Thanks!

Marco

I cant think of any other options as of now, apart from express

or they can make a trip and keep copying it for every other month, like a template etc
