IDOC Message type HRMD_A & HROT_FIM

Hello Team,

Could anyone help me with the below 3 Questions related to IDOC:

1. We would like to know in what transaction we can run the Idoc for message type (HROT_FIM)?

2. Currently we are using the standard message type (HRMD_A) for the load of users to A2 and B2 systems. We need to have one message type for each of these systems. Can anyone help with naming standard for message types for these systems.

3. In transaction PFAL we cannot choose another message type than HRMD_A since it is disabled? We would like to be able to choose different message type in the standard PFAL transaction?
