Windows Phone certificate required or not for WP enrolment?

Hi,

In the Administration manual, the requirement of getting a Windows Phone certificate from Symentec in order to re-package the Afaria client is only listed in the section on the "Enterprise Application Policies for Windows Phone Devices". This is something I do not need for a deployment - only Windows Store applications will be provided to the users. So is it still needed to have the AET certificate and to resign the Afaria app or will Afaria be able to install the default app?
