How can I show email Date/time in Activities list of a customer?
By default there is only email creation in C4C date in the email list. There is no way to fix it using KUT. This is critical for e-mail migration since sending email and creating email dates would be different. I can't expect the user click every single email just to be sure of its date.
Example:
I migrate and email from year 2015 into C4C:
But in the activity list there is only enail creation date from year 2017:
