how to create Admin Login Name, Password in SMP 2.3

I have recently upgraded SUP 2.1 system to SMP 2.3, I use supAdmin to login to SCC. Now I need few additional logins but do not see place where I can define a Login password. Under Administration - Login ,I could create Login name and User details but there is no place to define the password ?

I found below information related to this but it does not specify question. Any help ?
