GUI hangs

Hi all

One user in complaining that when he moves scroll bar within GUI while using one screen it hangs it is not always and not common but at the same time he can open onemore session and work in same screen it is now showing any errors only hangind it's urgent

I suppose you're talking about SAP GUI. Which version are your working on? Patch level 14 of SAP GUI 6.4 is available at https://service.sap.com/swdc
