Hi All,

i have query on ASMA parameter, if suppose from sender i am getting two different values from two different fields. i want to configure these two values in file name. for example

sender fields and values:

version =01

type =02

and also in file name it should includes sender system name

finally the file name should be

sender system name_01_02_timestamp.xml.

As of now i have done for only one field value in file name.is it same way for two fields also?

if yes, could you please provide one example for the same.

Regards,

Janardhan

sorry, it's not an ASMA parameter.. it is variable substitution.

Hi Janardhan,

Yes, you can use variable substitution for other two fields also, provided, you have values of these 2 fields from sender mapped/read in target payload somewhere. Once you have values of these fields in target payload, you can use them as below:

Say, F1 represents field with value of version (01) & F2 represents field with value of Type (02), then in variable substitution you can define as:

var1 payload:<XML elements of target payload with occurrence till F1>

var2. payload:<XML elements of target payload with occurrence till F2>

Then use F1 & F2 in file name shcema in channel.
