Create JCO RFC provider in NW 7.3

Hello All,

I want to create a server program in JCO RFC Provider.

In old version of NW we can register a server program in Visual administrator Cluster -> Service -> Jco RFC Provider.

After creating that program we can integrate to any ABAP system as TCP/IP RFC connection.

I am trying to create the same in NW 7.3, I am unable to find the same i want to create that program ID and use in billerdirect integration.

I want to create a TCP/IP connection from abap system to Java system for self user registration, for this we need a server registered program running.

Please help in creating the server program using config tool in NetWeaver 7.3 and above.
