Migrating BI 3.1 instance to BO 4.0 instance

Hello Gurus,

I have this unique scenario to migration reports in BO

there are two BO instances

1. BO 3.1 on SQL server

2. BO 4.0 on SAP BW this is on oracle database

Requirement is to move all reports from point 1 to point 2

First and foremost is to creation between SQL server and BO 4.0

next for the move universes and reports

Can we do it with UMT?
