Extra excise payable amount is reflecting in J2IUN

Hi Experts,

I am facing one issue while CENVAT Utilization.

My client found extra excise payable amount in J2IUN, I have tried this with excise JV but nothing is working, I also have searched this on forum but dint get proper answer.

So I want to know how to decrease excise payable amount from cenvat utilization.
