Installing KM and Coll .

Hello ,

I have installed EP 6.0 SP 12 without KM and collaboration . I have two questions .

1. I want to upgrade my portal to the SP14 .

2. I want to implement KM and Collaboration ( SP14 ).

Could anybody let me know the procedure for this .
