Error in PO- Error during table access

Hello All

PO is in error status in SRM ECS . Checked RZ20 error it shows that -"Backend application errors Purchase order 4700263xxx: Error during table access "

PO has 2 line items out of that one line item is deleted status in PO.

Is there any ways we can Push this PO to run out of Error and reach to vedor??

Hi Kaustubh,

For this error, please first check if the following notes are applied in SRM side:

1946529

1400264

If not, please apply them and retest the case with a new same PO.

If this can't solve the case, I suggest you create test data according to note 539978.

I checked given notes and found that SAP NOTE 1946529 need to be apply to ECC side and not in SRM , We will apply that note shortly but after that i need to know existing PO which is stucked in error after application of note do we need to resubmit the same PO or this change is applicable to New POs getting created after date of implementation of NOte ?

Other NOte - 1400264 is not valid in SRM as we are alredy on higher version of service pack ( SRM EHP2 SP08) .

Hi Kaustubh,

Yes, the first note should be applied to ECC system.

After this, please retransfer the PO with FM BBP_PD_PO_TRANSFER_EXEC or recreate one new same PO to test it.

If this is still not working, I am afraid that you have to do test data for further analysis.
