Disable "view details" tab in Mitigation Control Approval Screen in SAP GRC AC 10.0

Dear Experts,

I need your help!!!

I create request for mitigation Control assignment to mitigate User and submitted successfully for Approval.

Approvar open Mitigation Control assign request and try see the SoD Risk details.

But "View Details" tab is Disable. How can i enable this tab...?

I assigned SAP_ALL Profile to Approvar but still its disable.

And also disable Validity Period and Status Tabs in Mitigation Control Approvar Screen.

Could you please help me on this.Thanks in advance.

Hi Rupesh,

Sometime back even i had the same query and as per SAP it is standard functionality that view details will be disabled during Mitigation control assignments.

Please check the below SAP notes for the same.

1911146 - View Details is grey out in the Mitigation Control Assignment Approver screen

Hi Rupesh

In MSMP what task settings do you have available for that step? Some of the screen layout control is based on these settings so you can change based on which Agent it goes to for Approval, etc
