CATS distributing the efforts in worklist and data entry area

Hello Friends,

I am integrating CATS with PS for time booking and confirmation, I have a issue in CATS the efforts assigned in the network is getting distributed about the period, i am not sure on what basis it is doing it, but i dont want it to happen.

My scenario is the activity has to be copied from the worklist and time has to be entered Manually depending on the time spent the entry should be free entry.The CATS should not distribute efforts on its own.

Please fins the screenshot attached where i have marked how the CATS is distributing the efforts when activity is copied from the worklist.

Any suggestion will be helpful

Hello Friends,

I solved the issue, the distribution was happening due to the distribution key used in the Network.I changed the distribution key at the network and I am able to stop the system from distributing on its own.

Hi,

Your profile settings might have caused to see that information. As Mahendra rightly pointed check for correction of data entry profile.

Under "Work List" you can select "with work list" and if you have any enhancement to CAT2, then select "Customer Enhancements".

Please check in timesheet entry profile, in worklist tab, which options you have checked.

Try de-selecting the options such as 'from resource plng', 'by work center'. And it it not works please select checkbox for 'copy without hours'.
