CATS distributing the efforts in worklist and data entry area

Hello Friends,

I am integrating CATS with PS for time booking and confirmation, I have a issue in CATS the efforts assigned in the network is getting distributed about the period, i am not sure on what basis it is doing it, but i dont want it to happen.

My scenario is the activity has to be copied from the worklist and time has to be entered Manually depending on the time spent the entry should be free entry.The CATS should not distribute efforts on its own.

Please fins the screenshot attached where i have marked how the CATS is distributing the efforts when activity is copied from the worklist.
