Services for objects - Message:SGOS_MSG002 - ME21N

Hello Experts,

I am unable to see "SERVICES FOR OBJECT" button in ME21N transaction in Production client and getting Message no. SGOS_MSG002 error (No service available)

In QA client I ran the program "RSSOPRRP" to get the SERVICES FOR OBJECT button which was missing before executing this program.

I ran the same program in production but still that button is missing.

System Information:

Component version: SAP ECC 6.0

Software component: SAP_APPL - 603 - 0001 - SAPKH60301

Please revert if anyone has faced the similar issue when compared above system information.
