You have to Create Sample Drawing Procedure by QDP2, enter Size Factor as 1 & Maintain formula in Acc. to the formula field, in Std we can defined formula as ((square root of the number of containers + 1), FORMULA = TRUNC(SQRT(P2)+1). You can set your formula, press f1 help.

This Sampling Drawing Procedure maintained in Inspection Plan header with Inspection point as 200.

Sample Size: Create Sampling procedure by QDV1

You can set Fixed Sampling in Sampling type, Manual Valuation in Valuation mode & tick on Sample Management. Maintained Sample Size as per your requirement.

This Sampling Procedure is assigned to each MIC in Inspection Plan.

When you do GRN, Automatically Sample Size & physical Sample calculate.

Please Check this scenario in your Server....

Sample drawing procedure can be created with the transaction code QPV2. You can define the formula their for the number of the sample calculation. The sample drawing procedure defined can be assigned in the Inspection plan header.

Please describe your requirement in detail, i may help you out.

      Hi ,

      In addition to Rahul,

      1. Define the Sample drawing procedure as said.

      2. Create the sampling procedure - QDV1 { Fixed, Valuation as you required and Sample Management} , sample size as 2

      3. Assign the Sampling procedure in Inspection plan header, Inspection point as 200.

      4. Assign Sampling procedure with base sample Quantity as 3 KG.

Hope this should solve your case now.
