Pension rates in PENS table is not taking the correct value from T5GPBSP_UNP for a few employees

Hi UK PY Experts,

I am seeking one help from you regarding pension calculation.

In table T5GPBSP_UNP ER pension rates are fixed for all amount range lets say XX percentage however for a very few employees , value is not coming correct.

I explored alot but could not find the exact issue . For reference I took two employees whose IT 0008 and IT 71 data are similar in all respect but for one employee pension rates are correct , other getting wrong value.

Please assist me with some inputs.
