Merging Data Providers in Xcelsius 2008

Hi,

I need to create the dashboard in xcelsius 2008 where the data is coming from two data providers , One is manually updated excel file and other is SAP BW 3.5 bex query. My questions are

1.How to merge the two data providers in xcelsius across common dimensions

2.The user wants a PPT output and everytime when he opens the ppt it should be refreshed again the bex query .

How it can be possible ,
