XML data of Form Balance Notification + Balance Confirmation Request in ByD

Hello experts,

I need the XML data, which is inserted into the forms Balance Notification and Balance Confirmation Request in ByD.

Where can I view this data, because there is no Output history for these two forms, where the data for other forms can be seen.

Hi Patric,

Yes, As you mentioned there is no output history. there is a way to get this XML data.

For this you will need to follow the steps below.

1. Payables work center
2. Balance confirmation view
3. Select any of the not released balance confirmation and open it
4. Click on preview and select send option
5. Change the template to the desired one (Or skip this step if the template selected is the correct one) and select Send by as Printer
6. Save this changes.

Now

1. Go to Home work center
2. Manual Print task view
3. Here you should see the document in the list.
4. Select the row
5. Under the attachment section, you will have the XML file for document
6. Click on the file to open the same
7. Right click and save as or Copy and paste in note pad . 🙂
