How to find all previous value of business partners for incident

Hi, experts!

Support team of our company want to have report which can show all previous value of field “Support team”.

Also they expect to see the date when incident was dispatch to proper Support team.

Do you know any tables witch contain all values of “Support team” field for incident? If it possible to create query in SQ01?

Run CRM_UI tcode and add block change history than you can filter the all support team values:

Thanks for replay. I know about this report.

But I need not show such information for some amount of incident. Unfortunately this report shows informationonly for one incident. That’s why I asked about tables or some report for multiple request.

I found report CRMD_CD, but it works only for one incident.

No, unfortunately we didn’t. We are talking with our developers to make z-report.

Hi Yuliya,

Change history is writed into table CDPOS, you can get all changes regarding to Incidents.

and build a report GUI / BW etc...

Search for CDPOS inforamtion, try CRM space.
