Error while deleting the Project Definition

Hi,

One of our user has deleted the project WBS structure from system but couldnt possible to do project definition, system give the error massage while deleting the same

'' No status objects in available for PROJ MIDYEN'

massege number BS001

diagnosis,

When try to read the status of an object(MIDYEN) , a system error occured for object number PD00000331 there is no status object.

Procedure,

Please contact your system administrator.

Kindly provide the solution to process the same.

Hi,

Try run CNSTATUS REPORT. Also check your PD sts. profile.

Hi,

I have tray CNSTATUS report in Test mode,  but i found below error masg there,

Project MIDYAN - ENGG

JSTO File Missing for Project Definition MIDYAN - ENGG

ONR00 file missing for project definition MIDYAN - ENGG

ONRPD file missing for project definition MIDYAN - ENGG

Project Definition MIDYAN - ENGG            Has No Status

Can you pl tell me what is the next step...?

Hi,

you have use debugger. take help with your ABAPer for:

STO File Missing for Project Definition MIDYAN - ENGG

ONR00 file missing for project definition MIDYAN - ENGG

ONRPD file missing for project definition MIDYAN - ENGG

For Project Definition MIDYAN - ENGG        Has No Status

have you checked you Project Definition status profile using OK02? Is that attached to your Project profile?

I have checked, there is Project status exist in OK02. After debuging what is to be done ..?

There is a database inconsistency between the PS objects and the status table(s).  Run the program for real (not in test mode) it will correct the inconsistency.

Hello Vishal,

Take help of ABAPer and debug the program. There could be inconsistency in system. So try running CNSTATUS report.

Check SAP note 1857842 - Error BS001: No status object is available for NTW %00000001

Hi Vishal,

Please refer to note 170948 and run the program CNSTATUS in SE38 Transaction code.

You may also refer notes 519976, 408517, 542887 and 426734.

Hi Amit,

I have check the same note but it would not valid for release ECC 6.0 sofware componant 'SAP_APPL' - Release '604' , level -0003, and highest support pack 'SAPKH60403'.

Is there any note available for given SAP Release..?
