SAP HCM - in a dilemma to pursue the course. Pls help

Hi! I have around 5 years of experience as HR generalist in a IT company. I want to shift my career into SAP. I enquired for SAP HCM in genovate. But I am not sure of placement opportunities for HCM at present. Pls guide if I should take up the course investing such a huge amount.

Vacancies or placements never be the same. Once you decided to get in to SAP.

Start looking or learning which you need. Its totally depend on luck/hardwork.

As your 5yrs of exp, better to have present job and learn sap hcm. Once you training was completed, try sharp skills on SAP HCM from scn or real time people. its give a lot of confidence for you.

after that you can keep forward your profile for IT mnc  thru referral or job site portals.

Keep trying to find the placements thru circles and fends. One you will get your desired job.

Who ever changed they work environment from non IT to IT(SAP) were succeed.
