Transaport request repeating

One of our systems crashed and an online backup of the system had to be restored which was 12 days old.The problem is the transport requests are repeating in the system now.Example:GBDK913193 was generated for ticket 8000003766 .However this request already exist in ticket 8000003716.

Due to this development is on hold.Please help..
