Our clients request to generate annual leave quota based on gender. For example male get 18 days per year and women get 20 day per year. We are using RPTQTA00 to generate leave. The new requirement also want to skipped generate leave quota for certain action in personnel action. For example, staff with re-hiring, program will skipped to generate the leave. I believe it can be done via user exit. However, since, i'm have no experience to use user exit, i'm not know which user exit should be used. From my checking, there is few user exit provided by SAP.e.g Customer enhancement for quota generation -applicability, acrual entitlemtn, reduction rule. etc. How we check the correct user exit.
