Hi,

Why do you want to delete locks....

Do you have lock table overflow? if yes please increase the system parameters.

Why the locks are not cleared automatically? You need to find the root cause if the lock are staying there for ever...

Delete lock entry can cause inconsistency in the system.

Can check the below blog for the deleting locks but not recommended...

Check with the users / process owners before deleting it and see if you see any lock at db in db01 related to that user.

Thanks

Hi Rishi,

Generally in CRM a user locks any ticket accidentally by hi GUI the client team needs to delete the lock.We provide access to detete only ticket lock and restrict another locks not to delete by client team member(who process the ticket)

Hi,

If that is the case you can check the lock create by the user and table BCOS_CUST if it comess in message...

Or try to use a user and try to open a ticket and see if you can see that user in SM12 and then can look for that format further in Sm12..

has that team access to SM04....?

Thanks
