You are not authorized to create data in sales area BDOC error in CRM

When an account gets created in ECC, we get the BDOC error saying "Not authorised to create data in sales area". however when i reprocess the same, it is successfully.

Also when i check the auth object for the RFC user it has the object CRM_BP_SA with *.

Hi there!

For me, the authorization object seems correct so that's a strange error message. If you're able to replicate it, maybe you can do an authorization trace in ST01 for your RFC user on CRM side. That should confirm if the error is coming from another missing authorization.

Hello Garcia,

Thank you for the reply. the issue is we are not able to exactly find the steps required to replicate this. it happens sometimes & other times its all fine.
