DME file for a new payment medium workbench format

I am facing issues in generating a DME file. We have created a new PMW format using DMEE. When we run the payment program F110, the file is generated empty. Even when we tried to test the format using DMEE1 it does not give any output. We have checked the DME tree and it does not show any errors.

The F110 is successful and I can also go to the Data medium overview. But when I display the file it gives a message

The file specified is empty

Message no. FZ238

And nothing is generated.

Any help will be appreciated.
