How i can create 3 quantity field in User-Defined field?

I want to create 3 quantity field in User-Defined field(transaction : OPEC).

How i can do?

Hi Thanapong,

As per the standard SAP design you have have only two fields quantity or value in user defined fields.

You can refer OSS note   48513 - User-defined fields in the routing

Could please let me know what the requirement to have more than two user specific fields?

Hi ^_^,

In your standard value key (OP19) you can define the one more parameter (OP17) as number of worker and that you can use in your formula (OP21).

Hi Rupesh Brahmankar,

I want to input number of worker and I input to No. of employee(ANZMA) in detail operation.

In my Resource name is PK01 for packing station, use capacity category is '002' (Person).

Standard available capacity:

Start 08:00:00

Finish 17:00:00

Length of breaks 01:00:00

Capacity utilization 100

Parameter

- Labor Fix time

- Labor Variable time

My formula is Labor Fix time + (Labor Var. x Operation Quantity / Base Quantity / No. of employee)

Labor Fix + ( Labor Var. x SAP_8 / SAP_9 / SAP_17 )

phase 0011 = 51.75 + ( 0 x 68,500 / 68,500 / 8 )

result = 6.46 hr.

but in result system(see picture)

How i can do this case?

Hi ^_^,

I am not able to get anything from your screen shot. You can test the result in your work center scheduling view by testing the formula calculation. Or create a order and check the scheduling time in operation.
