Create Survey in background

Hi,

I have a requirement where I have to create a Survey for an existing oppurtunity.

The answers for the Survey Questions are sent from an external system to CRM. The external system calls a custom RFC in CRM. This custom RFC will receive the answers and has to create a Survey for the Oppurtunity.

Does any one know if there is any function module in CRM which I can call in my custom RFC and create the Survey.
