Changes in Quality Notification in Q1

Hi

I want to change in notification type Q1 in Customer from SP Sold-to-party to SH Ship-to-party.

System is giving error.

The partner funct. entered is not defined in determination procedure Q1

can any body suggest what are the missing factor.

Dear Ashish

Check which partner determination procedure is assigned to your Notification type Q1.

Then assign partner function SH to that procedure Q1 in QCC2->Notification Creations->Partners->Define Partner Determination Procedure.

If you still have query, then follow the path after the given above.

Define Partner Determination Procedure- Select Quality management- Change partner- Select Q1 Customer complaint- Click on Functions in Determination procedure- New entries- Add SH in Function.

You will now be able to Assign Partner functions in Notification type
