Hi all,
Good Day!!
Is active-active clustering (high availability) possible in BO? If so, then how? Please help me with any answers or suggestions.
Thanks in advance!!
Regards,
Ela

Hi Rishi,
Thanks for your informations. Was really helpful!!
Actually, the attached URL depicts the step by step procedure to perform ACTIVE/PASSIVE clustering in BO. Do we also follow the same steps to do ACTIVE/ACTIVE clustering in the BO?
Please advice for the same.
Awaiting for your reply!!
Note :
OS : Windows
BO : Version 4.1

Hi Chezian
For maintaining Active Active clustering , basically it will be a two node installation and all services will be replicated across the same. This also needs to happens at the DB Level .
Please check the following for the solutions around high availability.

I would suggest to contact SAP to design the HA as per the requirement as there are considerations like cost etc for making the same . However most of the customers go for Active - Passive configurations for their HA solution.
Also as you are on Microsoft , you can plan for MS Cluster Services .

Rishi
