Material Document has not been archived , but is shows had been archived

In our ECC system , we had archived Material Document before February 2012. Today we query one Material Document of Deceber 2013., but is shows had been archived.  I want to know what can lead to this condition.

execute transaction SARA, enter MM_MATBEL as object, then click the administration button and see when your last archiving run was.

if you have luck then you may even find the job itself when you click the Job  icon after you entered MM_MATBEL in SARA.

if the job is still present, then you can even get to the variant that was used in that job

Can you find the material document number in table MKPF or MSEG ??

Check other material document numbers, which is created on Dec 2013.

             We can not find material document number in table MKPF or MSEG.  Many material documents of Dec 2013 show had been archived.

SAP give me a note about this issue. The note number is 1856641 - Material document shows "Archived" in document flow.
