PT60 information message everyday

Hi Gurus,

I'm doing Positive time management for this I've copied schema TM00 maintained time management status in IT 0007 -- 1 actual time.

When i am going to generate time evaluation through PT60 I'm getting information each and every day like employee not yet work

But quota is generated kindly let me know whether it's correct or not if it's not kindly let me know which config steps i have to change.

At the same time it's showing 9 total number of messages and error messages kindly let me know how to find how is coming.

Hi Mohan,

The information is just for control the issues. Time admin can control everything day to day thru PT40 and process the messages. S/He should consider and fix error messages and have a look at information to make sure everything is running smothly.

By the way, some times system generate some information, for example, to say a batch import created which we use to generate OT generation or automatic absence generation. This is kind of information is not related to EEs and does not need and process.

It's just a information message on day to day basis.

COLER01I Here I stands for information messages ( As it is I in the PCR it will just the information employee not at work) PCR which check IT2011, IT2002 , IT2001 if there is no data in any of there infotypes then it will raise a information message " Employee not at work" . It will not have any impact on the quota generation.

There  is one more PCR TE30 it also raise information if there is single swipe (Odd swipes )

Hi Mohan,

This is the standard behavior of the System and PCR TE20 where it checks the employees attendances and absences in comparison with DWS.  If there is a unrecorded absence you will get such error messages where in this PCR the operation COLER is used with various kind of message ids, and if the Time Eval is set in Automatic mode the Time Admin can look into these Error messages the other day with T.code PT_ERL00 and correct the data for specified employees.
