Dear Friends

I'm facing a following issue only in Dev client as "Error during creation of posting run number (- pr1". Earlier I've created vendors using "XK02" and I've successfully run'd Travel Life cycle, later I tried to create vendor using PRAA T-code & it was not successful in my Dev system as system cudn't automatically create the vendors . And Now its not even allowing me to post any trip documents even if employee is been assigned to vendor. I've referred in many threads that if employee is created as Vendor using PRAA we can solve this issue, But unfortunately PRAA isn't working in Dev system, whilst the same Background job for PRAA is been moved to QAS & its working absolutely fine in either cases like If I create with PRAA or XK02 I can completely run the Travel Life cycle.

Kindly provide me your valuable thoughts on this Issue

Hi Pradyp,

you already identified PRAA not working as the fundamental problem.

However, you keep it a secret, what exactly is happening there

There are a lot of things we'd like to know to be able to help you, such as:

What error message do you get?

Any log from running PRAA?

Are you in an environment where HR and FI are in separate systems and connected via ALE?

How did you run it? Update / new creation (maybe share a screenshot from the selection screen)?

Only one random guess:

did you delete the vendors manually created before trying to create them with PRAA? Depending on how things are set up, it might need a clean plate.
