Hello Experts,

I have sound knowledge and experience in SAP ABAP. I am now aspiring to become a successful SAP HCM/Success Factors consultant. Can you please guide me as to what should be my learning map? Also, considering me a novice in this domain please direct me to some useful resources in SCN which i can refer to and start learning.

Hi Vish,

You'll need to get a sound understanding of HR business processes in one or more particular area. Once you have that understanding then you can learn the technology that supports it. I would recommend SuccessFactors over SAP HCM. This is also much simpler, although it doesn't involve any programming. You can check this document out to get some information on SuccessFactors:
