GRC PC CCM Job- Asynchronous Job Status Error

Hello,

When we execute the job in Synchronous mode the job is getting completed and the deficiency are reported with in 2 mins time, but in Asynchronous its taking nearly an hour time and its throwing Job status as "Error".

The job is executing fine in Plug in System, and I can see the message as Performed 'RFC CALLBACK' successfully, the deficiencies are coming to Control but its not triggering issue to the Control Owner, its getting hanged in status PLANNED

Could you please help me with this scenario asap? Thx.

Hi Arif,

What job would that be? I see the Automated BR Job in satellite system. But it never gets completed.

Not sure which job in SPRO you are referring to?
