Incoming payment PLD paper format?

Hi experts,

i am having a challenge to which paper format to use for a client who is printing the incoming payment PLD as their receipts.

The paper my client has is B5 so we changed the PLD format to B5 but when they print it prints 3pages. it does not fit on the client B5.

But we realised there are alot of B5 options.

Which one is appropriate, because we used B5(JIS).

Your urgent help and suggestion is welcomed.

thank you

Justice

    Hi,

Please try to use A4 size paper for PLD.

    This may solve your issue.

    Thanks,

    Rahul

    Hi Justice,

B5(JIS) is 1.5 times more than regular B5(ISO).

    Actual size of B5(JIS) is 182 x 257mm

    Size of regular B5(ISO) is 148 x 210mm

    Thanks,

    Gordon
