The log details for CK24 Marking Alloance

Hi,

Do anyone know where to find the log details for CK24 marking allowance. We would like to know who has done marking allowance in each period. Could please tell me in which table I can find the userid of the person who has done marking allowance.

Hi Saidarao

The Marking allowance table is FVMK, However it doesnt have the information required by you. Check with BASIS team if change log is activated / can be activated for this table and if activated, then using Tcode SCU3 or OY18, you can analyse the change logs.

Ask basis team to check who has auth for ck24. Check who out of them have accessed it during the time when marking allowance was issued

But in my company code many plants are there. Many users are allowed. We do cost estimate only once in a year. And through out the year all the users from different plants do the cost estimates for new parts. We don't know at what time for this company code, marking allowance has been done for this period as marking allowance can be done even before the period reaches.  For us it is impractical to check with the hundreds of users. Not sure whether basis team can trace anything on this. Appreciate, if any other way is possible.

Hi,

KEKO has cost estimate details. In our system, we do marking allowance much before any cost estimate is being done. For this period, it has been wrongly allowed with a different costing variant. Now we would like to know who has done that. Please let me know where I can see this.

Saidarao,

When you say wrongly allowed the marking that means there is wrong future or/current cost update on the material master? if so just go to the cost and in history tab get the costing run details.Also you can search KEKO with Costing date from or Costing variant

or else search the KEKO table by below data you will probably find who marked it

KEK-KLVAR (Costing Variant)

KEKO-KALAID (Costing Run)

KEKO-KADKY (Costing Date)

KEKO-VORMUSR ( Marked by)

Hi Hrusikesh,

Because of wrong costing variant, no one could do cost estimate. So there is no cost estimate yet in the system for this period. Now we are trying to reverse it. It is very painful. It can be run only in foreground and it takes 4+ hours.

You are talking about Marking. I am talking about Marking Allowance.
