Production supply Area- TO confirmation/ control cycle

Hi,

We use control cycles to create transfer requirements / transfer orders for Production replenishment with movement tyoe 319.

I see that fow few Production supply/ Storage types , transfer orders are confimred automatically while for some production supply areas , TO has to be confirmed manually under same warehouse.

could you let me know what config setting controls this behaviour

thanks

Manoj

check in Define Storage type if in your storage types the boxes for "stock plcmt reguires confirmation"

and "stock rmvl reguires confirmation" are active.

If they are not set, then SAP automatically confirms a TO

    Hi,

    1) check if the destination storage type is the same for all control cycles, or if they are different.

2)If they are different, check the replenishment movement type in customizing under "Define Replenishment Control for Storage Type"

    3) If the movement are different, check if the flags for immediate confirmation are active in the correspondent WM movement types

    Regards

    Claudio
