Hi All,
I am workig with SAP CRM Service Manager 4.0.
The User guide says that the document upload and download functionality is supported in this version.
I wanted to check the document download functionality. For this I would have to created a Service Order in the CRM system and attached some document which can be send to the Syclo device.
Can anyone help me and guide how to attach any document ( pdf,doc etc ) from CRM system with the servicr order.

I think he is asking how does he attach a document from within CRM, correct Neha?
Once attached, the product will automatically download it as long as document support is enabled in the config panel for the product. Not sure if this is on or off by default.

Under Mobile Application Config, choose your product under Defined Mobile Applications, then switch to the Client Globals tab. The are globals called Confirmation.Attachment and ServiceOrder.Attachment. These must be set to 'Y'. It appears that these are turned on by default, so you shouldn't need to change them.
Have you figured out how to attach the files directly in CRM?

Sorry for replying so late.
As suggested by Jason I had configured the global in Mobile config.
Confirmation.attachment = Y
ServiceOrder.attachment = Y
After this in the CRM UI I was able to attach the files along with the Service Order in the attachment section. This configuration properly downloaded the attachment along with the service order and I was even able to upload the attachments back to CRM.
