Dear Sir/Madam,
We have recently upgraded our BI platform from 4.0 to 4.1 SP2.
After the upgrade, we found that when we use the "Save to Enterprise" function in Rich Client,
there will be an error shown as below:
This problem does not affect the administrator account but all the other accounts.
Please give us some advice. Thanks a lot!
Michael

Please refer the below SAp note:
1954234 - How to completely disable auditing in Business Intelligence Platform 4.0 (BI)
Error still prompted after disable the Audit function.
Summarized the case below:
1. Webi - Save document by Administrator or other general user account - OK
2. Client - Save document by Administrator or other generatl user account - OK, BUT error prompted for general user account.
Seem that it is not the Audit setting issue, I grouped the general user account to the Admin group and no error prompted. Any idea of how to setup the general user account in order to solve this case?
Can you please check whether the issue is reproducible if the users are developing reports in BILaunchPad and saving to enterprise.
If yes, the issue would be due to version mismatch of webi rich client tool.
