Dear Experts,

please guide me how to disable pint po option/button in new po's from portal end.

case 1: only this can be disable to some of the users not all , please let me know any specific role can be assign to user for solving.

case 2: if we disable the Print po option as well can we remove the Terms and conditions while exporting data to pdf.

actual requiremnt is that while downloading the PO some of the users not the eligible for Terms & Conditions. Is there any possiblity to hide the Terms & conditions, If it is not possible second option is to hide the Print PO option.

Please help me to come out of this , Advance appriciate for the Help.

Regards,

CBR.

Hello CBR

Which SRM version and with which scenario you are running with ?

AS i know if Button is on portal you can make it hide for particular user by right click.

Else you can go with PORTAL CONFIGURATION COMPONENT with correct object to disable it at POrtal level( but it will disable for all users)

I doubt With roles you can control it ?

Dear Kaustubh,

Thanks for your quick reply.

i am using SRM 7.0 , when ever any PO raised to the vendors some of the vendors not having the terms and conditions while exporting the data to pdf.

main moto is to unhide the terms & conditions in Pdf, If it is not possible in this type second thought is  to disable print button as well as downloadpdf button.

Hello CBR,

To make read only

Below are the steps to Hide the buttons in POWL table

1. if you want to Gray out the Buttons

IMG > Cross Application Basic Settings --> Extensions and Field Control. There you will find a node to control   Actions. based on the object type choose your option and make it as read only

To Make invisible

1.If you want to  make invisible  the button .

IMG > Cross Application Basic Settings --> Powl and Advance Search - > Adjust powl layout ,search criteria and push button (OR) t-code :   /SAPSRM/POWL_CUST

2.choose the POWL type for the POWl table

3.click on Action node , you will find all the acction assigned for the POWL table ,delete the entry which you want to make invsible and save it

4 .Now run the report POWL_D01 and provide powl type in the selection criteria and deleate the catche quries.

I hope this will solve your problem.
