Conditions on PO Service with multiple account assignment

Dear Guru's,

I have conditions (delivery costs) on PO service with multiple account assignment, but when the SES (GR doc) created it did not create delivery costs doc, and for the result when we do MIRO it says "No delivery costs exist for purchase order xxxxxx"

Everything works fine when we used single account assignment.

My question is there any other work around for this matter?

Hi,

Delivery costs are generally not supported in external services management

Please check SAP Note 381030 - Delivery costs in service

Service is an intangible material ,so services cannot be stored - how you will Transfer or Delivery services where Delivery cost involved?

Refer SAP Note 381030 - explained "Delivery costs are generally not supported in external services management"

Delivery cost is not supported for Service entry sheet.

Please read the note

Note 499575 - question no. 3.

Further I suggest please create another service line item instead of delivery cost.

also read the note 571177-Freight costs for service order.

You also can enter service delivery cost to a G/L during MIRO.

You have to active this from the path

SPRO - Materials Management - Logistics Invoice Verification - Incoming Invoice - Activate Direct Posting to G/L Accounts and Material Accounts

Hi Alberto,

For multiple account assignment GR non valuated indicator is set automatically. If non valuated indicator is set no documents will be found during MIGO. During MIRO it ll come automatically.

Check in MIRO if you have set good receipt/planned delivery cost.

Check in purchase order if you have given delivery costs in your condition tab.
