Change / Delete infotype records on personal profile

Hi ,

I have a requirement to add infotypes to the personal profile screen. When we have add IT0040 (objects on loan)the add option is coming up and we can add different objects to it . However the delete and change options are not coming up. Can anyone advise how to enable change and delete options for IT0040 for  different objects.

Hi,

I found the issue. In the FPM_LIST_UIBB, for the respective configuration the delete button was added already however the image source was missing. Once the image source got added its all fine.

you can check in

Application Configuration application implements AppCC using the HRESS_C_PERSINFO_CONFIG component and its standard configuration

HRESS_CC_PER_CONFIG.

In the overview page you can control the buttons, just compare with the standard configuration of It0002

Is the change /delete options controlled in the FPM_LIST_UIBB ???. Would you be able to share some further details please.

Hi,

Display of change and delete option is based on the time constraint of the infotype.

Please check the setting in the table V_T7XSSPERSUBTYP and its documentation.

Thanks Jyothi. But irrespective of the time constraint we should be able to change the data for It0040 right. I am just wondering where the setting is in WDA to enable it .
