Change / Delete infotype records on personal profile

Hi ,

I have a requirement to add infotypes to the personal profile screen. When we have add IT0040 (objects on loan)the add option is coming up and we can add different objects to it . However the delete and change options are not coming up. Can anyone advise how to enable change and delete options for IT0040 for different objects.
