I already tried to restart my Oracle, then start the SAP MMC. But still could not bring up the dispather.

I had checked the Oracle listener (ORACLEPRD102TNSListener) at windows services and its started.

I had run the R3trans -d also and result as below.

C:\WINDOWS\Application Compatibility Scripts\Logon\prdadm.HMKAPP03>R3trans -d

This is R3trans version 6.14 (release 700 - 16.10.08 - 16:26:00).

2EETW169 no connect possible: "DBMS = ORACLE --- dbs_o

ra_tnsname = 'PRD'"

R3trans finished (0012).

Appreciate your kind help.

Sri
